„top Lage. super Anbindung. leider wegen Gewinnmaximierung nicht das volle Potential ausgeschöpft.
Die Lage ist top. Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. Super Aufzug. Schickes Design.
check-in unnötig kompliziert, da überhaupt kein Personal vor Ort sondern nur alles digital per Internet oder iPad Chat. Lüfter direkt am Kopfende am Bett dauerhaft an. Balkon leider nicht zugänglich da Feuerleiter. keine Steckdose in Mini Küche. sehr spartanisch ausgestattete Küche. im Moment Baustelle direkt nebenan.

„Groß, geräumig und super ausgestattet - tolle Lage für Tokio
Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig. Kleiderschrank und Küche sind vorhanden. Sitzecke ist wunderbar. Zimmer wie auf den Beispielbildern. Es gab eine Möglichkeit für 300 Yen Wäsche zu waschen und zu trocknen. Lage ist sehr gut, nah an drei Bahnhaltestellen (plus Ueno Bahnhof der sehr groß ist und eine Flughafenanbindung hat).

Der Ausblick auf den Tokyo Sky Tree. Nettes Design.
Roboter-Rezeption, die techn. nicht funktioniert, weil das WLAN zu schwach ist und die Verbindung zusammenbricht. Kein persönliches Personal vor Ort. Eincheck-Prozess sehr mühsam, unverständlich, unintuitive. Bei dem hohen Preis/Nacht geht das nicht. Kissen sehr hart, keine weiche Option vorhanden.

Enttäuschend
Unser Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und entsprach den Fotos. Die Lage war gut.
Es scheint sich eher um ein Apartment Komplex zu handeln und weniger um ein Hotel. Als der self Check in nicht funktionierte kamen zum Glück zwei Damen zur Hilfe, ob dies ihr Job war, war unklar. Der Rezeption Service und der Concierge Dienst existierten nicht. Für uns war die Unterkunft zu unpersönlich und dadurch ungemütlich.
